Have you decided where to go yet? Below, there are recommendations on beautiful places you must visit during the Spring season!

Keukenhof Gardens, Netherlands

Keukenhof is one of the largest flower gardens in the world. There are around 7 million flower bulbs planted, with a total of 800 varieties of only tulips! You can have relaxing walks in the gardens looking at the beautiful tulips and taking photos of them. Younger children can also enjoy their time here since there is a treasure hunt, petting farm, maze and a playground where they can have loads of fun!

There is also a guided tour where the professional guides will take you on a 60-minute tour, showing all the main highlights of the gardens. The languages of the tour are available in Dutch, English, German, French and – subject to availability – Spanish, Italian, Russian and Swedish. You will be able to hear about the history, planting techniques, flower shows and so much more.

If you are someone who doesn’t like to walk, preferring to concentrate on the tulips, then the boat trips are perfect for you! This boat trip lasts for 45 minutes and will travel through the Dutch flower landscape in silence.

Another way it to look around is by renting a bicycle! There are bikes available for rent for all ages and genders, so this is another way you can enjoy the astonishing Dutch tulip gardens.

Keukenhof is open from 21 March to 19 May 2019, so spring break is the perfect time to visit!
